At Untitled Store, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal and business information is handled in a safe and responsible manner.

1. Order Confirmation

All corporate/bulk orders must be confirmed via email, quotation approval, or written communication.
An order is considered final only after advance payment is received.

2. Pricing & Quotation

Prices are based on quantity, customization, and specifications.
Quotes are valid for [7/15 days] unless mentioned otherwise.
Any change in quantity or design may impact pricing.

3. Payment Terms

A minimum [50%–100% advance payment] is required to initiate production.
The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.
Payments once made are non-refundable for customized orders.

4. Design & Approval

Final designs, artwork, and specifications must be approved by the client before production.
We are not responsible for:
- Spelling errors
- Design mistakes approved by the client
- Color variations within acceptable industry limits

5. Production Timeline

Production begins only after:
- Advance payment
- Final design approval
- Timelines are approximate and may vary depending on order size and complexity.

6. Customization & Variations

Slight variations in color, print placement, fabric, or finish may occur.
Such variations are not considered defects.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Advance payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
All shipping and delivery charges are to be borne by the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
We are not responsible for:
- Courier/logistics partners
- Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

9. Returns & Replacement

No returns for customized or bulk orders.
Replacement is only applicable for:
- Damaged products
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items delivered
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Intellectual Property

Client-provided logos/designs remain their property.
Untitled Corporate Gifting reserves the right to use product images forportfolio/marketing unless otherwise agreed.

12. Confidentiality

All corporate information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for
order fulfillment.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control (natural
disasters, strikes, transport issues, etc.).
